• Parts and materials we supply and install. If a component we provided fails within the guarantee period, we handle the replacement and the labor to reinstall it. You don’t chase a manufacturer. You call us.
• Jobsite cleanup at the end of every workday. We leave your Torrance home the way the Garrison Code requires: no debris, no stray fasteners, no equipment left blocking a hallway. If we leave a mess, we come back and clean it. It’s that straightforward.
