3. Estimates and Pricing

Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if actual site conditions, discovered defects, required materials, or scope of work turn out to differ from what was originally assessed. Keegan Restoration Torrance will notify the customer of any material change in price before proceeding with additional work. Proceeding after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised price.
4. Warranty
Details of any workmanship warranty offered by Keegan Restoration Torrance will be provided to the customer at the time services are completed. Such warranty covers labor and installation quality within the stated scope and period. Parts, equipment, and materials supplied by third-party manufacturers carry only the warranties issued by those manufacturers, and Keegan Restoration Torrance makes no additional representations regarding them. 5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee to offset reserved labor and logistical costs.
